The Town Hall will create new peasants, and house the gold and timber recources. The Town Hall is also an useful aid in controlling your recources: everything that matters regarding management is displayed in the Town Hall. The main building is built of stone instead of wood, making it stronger. The whole thing looks more strong and more like a castle.
