 Last saturday we arrived in Palma de Mallorca and we will leave Oct. 15th, we will arrive in Barcelona Oct 21.

 We just arrived in Lisboa - Portugal, the weather is fine, little cloudy but warm. So we are waiting for the sun and having fun. Look at the pictures for an update and look at the Dutch part of this site at the bemanningspagina for other updates.

 September 15th HNLMS BRUINVIS will leave the port of  Den Helder for a 7 week trip.
This final trip of 2004 will bring us for exercises to the Mediterranean.

 Next Thursday HNLMS BRUINVIS will leave Den Helder for a visit to Rotterdam for the 2003 World Port Days. We will arrive aproximially at 06 PM.
During the 2003 World Port Days the boat is open for public.

 Yesterday morning HNLMS BRUINVIS arrived in Den Helder for a short visit.
Monday the 19th we'll leave again for the second part of the SubMarine Commanders Course (klik for more information - site is in engels).
The first  sea part of the SMCC was succesfully for our 5 students.
It was for the crew a busy but interresting time and at the end of the trip there was a good staying at  Torshavn - Faroe Islands, north of Schotland and southeast of  Ysland and actually Faroe Islands is part of Denmark.

 After a long time finally a new update of the english part of BRUINVIS homepage.
At 18-08-02 LTZ1 F.A.W. van Driel took over command off Hr.Ms. BRUINVIS.

September 7th HNLMS BRUINVIS left the port of  Den Helder for a 7 week trip.
From 13 till 16 september HNLMS BRUINVIS visited the port off Plymouth.

HNLMS BRUINVIS arrived in Dublin - Ireland for a weekend-visit.
After this weekend  the SMCC starts.

Finally! The English page is also active.
May 20th HNLMS BRUINVIS left the port of  Den Helder for an 8 week trip.
The main purpose of this trip is the SMCC (= SubMarine Command Course).
Another event during this trip is the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the UK Royal Navy Submarine Service.
Therefore HNLMS.BRUINVIS will dock at the port of Faslane on May 28.
