Since retiring six years ago I have been trying to help family tree researchers obtain information on their Dutch ancestors and also to obtain copies of original documents.
Tracing your family tree and obtaining copies of original certificates and registrations is not as difficult as you may think.
Dutch archives have comprehensive records going back for hundreds of years, in some cases as far as the late 16th century.
Requests to the archives for searches and copies of original certificates can usually be handled by post.
