White German Shepherd Dog Pedigree database
On this site you wil find a lot of Pedigrees of Dutch White German Shepherd Dogs. Also Pedigrees of their ancestors from England , the USA and Canada. And if you go furtherback in time you wil find ancestors from Germany as well.
The site is a Dutch site and so you may find dutch words in the pedigrees.
You can scan your pedigree and send it as .jpg or type it yourself.
Old pedigrees, (p.a. before 1994) are extremely welcom
Some pedigrees will even go back to the first registered German Shepherd Dog in Germany, Horand vom Grafrath.
Just click (on the left site) on the name of the dog you want to see the pedigree of.
Than click on the last name(s) you will find in the pedigree and you will go further back in the past
An explanation of the used words:
reu=male
teef=female
geboren=date of birth
HD-A or HD-0 or HD- = free of hip dysplasia
HD-B =almost free of hip dysplasia
HD-C=a mild form of hip displasia, still acceptable for breeding
HD-D = hips not acceptable for breeding purposes
HD-tc= hips still acceptable for breeding
HD-+/- = hips still acceptable, but not preferabel
HD-vrij = hips x-rayed bij a veterinairian and aproved good. But not checked bij an institution which checks the hip-foto's officialy
Elleboog Dysplasie vrij = dysplasia of the elbow free
Mail it to the webmaster(including date of birth, gender and registratian number of the dog), and it will be admited to the database with the first coming update.
If the dog has any certificates for service dog, agility, obedience, or any other kind, please tell so as well.
This helps to see wich lines have produce ofspring suiteble for workingdog.
Information about the health such as hips and elbows are also welcom.
And of course titles the dog got on shows as well.
Also negative information about heditairy diseases are valiable data to know.
