Plot

Christine Day (Jill Schoelen) is a young Broadway singer, who decides to audition for a musical, written by the unknown composer Erik Destler about 100 years ago. During the audition Christine suddenly gets hit by a prop and wakes up in the year 1881. Here she meets Erik Destler (Robert Englund), who discovers that Christine is the perfect woman to be the star in his musical. And he would do anything to make Christine the star, even if it means he has to commit murder ...
