GR20 on Corsica

Between 8 and 16 July 1999 we walked the northern part of the "Grand Randonnee 20" on Corsica. It is said that the GR20 is the most beautiful and most difficult GR. I don't know if that's true, but it certainly is very beautiful and sometimes real steep ascending and descending is involved.

We choose to walk the northern part of the GR20 as we only had time for a 10 day holiday. And because it is the highest and most mountainous part of this GR. The following pages give a description of this trip.
