| Unfinished work. Might be related to Thirteen and Seventeen. Since no manuscripts of Seventeen exist in the New York Public Library, it might be that this composition does not exist as such. Cage mentions Seventeen in Joan Retallack's Musicage. Maybe he meant Sixteen, being a first attempt to write a work for the Ensemble 13, instead of Seventeen. |
