The village SAUTENS is situated in the neighbourhood of the city of OETZ at the entrance of the "Oetztal" (Ötztal) on an altitude of 800 meters. It is a small village with approximately 1.000 inhabitants. You are the only inhabitant of the house. This detached house offers all the things a modern holidaymaker desires. Location: completely detached, on approximately 400 square meters private property, with mainly lawn and terraces. After our house the street has a dead end.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE  with private sauna :

• Entrance hall.
• Living room with a couch, 3 comfortable chairs and coffee/dining table.
• Television with satellite receiver, DVD and a radio/CD/cassette player.
• A fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a food processor.
• 3X  separate bedroom, each for 2 persons.
• Bed linnen is included. The beds are made at your arrival.
• 2X  bathroom (each with a shower and a washbasin).
• 2X  toilet (one separate and one in the bathroom).
• Washing machine (you should take your own washing powder).
• Small ironingboard with iron.
• Central heating.
• Large balcony (with furniture) attached to the living room and kitchen.
• Store room with garden furniture and parasol.
• Good sized garden and two patios.
• Parking facility.

The house is situated on 50 m of the edge of a wood. Lovely environment, unadulterated nature, magnificent view overlooking the "Oetztaler" and "Stubaier" mountains. Plenty walking and hiking possibilities from the house. You can choose between flat/ slanted and strongly climbing up to 2.500 m - 3.000 m in the immediate vicinity.

The city of OETZ is on a 5-minutes drive and there you will find shopping possibilities, lifts to the skiing and hiking areas and mountain bike rentals.
