PRIJZEN Vakantiehuis “SEPPL's”, voor 2- 6 personen :

  • Huurprijs p week: Euro.... (= tabel hierboven)...
    Exkl. toeristenbelasting, eindreiniging en waarborgsom.
  • Toeristenbelasting: Euro 1,60 (zomer) tot Euro 1,90 (winter) pn / pp vanaf 16 jr.
    (Kinderen 0-15 j: geen toeristenbelasting).
  • Eindreiniging, 1x : Euro 75,-   
  • Waarborgsom, 1x : Euro 150,-. Deze borgsom krijgt u teruggestort, na de controle tijdens de reiniging.

PREISE Ferienhaus “SEPPL's”, für 2- 6 Personen :

  • Mietpreis pro Woche: Euro.... (= oben in der Tabelle)...
    Exkl Kurtaxe, Endreinigung und Kaution.
  • Kurtaxe: Euro 1,60 (Sommer) bis Euro 1,90 (Winter) pro Nacht/ pro Person ab 16 Jahre. (0-15 Jr: keine Kurtaxe). 
  • Endreinigung, 1x : Euro 75,-.
  • Kaution. Wir stellen eine Kaution (Euro 150,-/ pro Buchung). Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, wird diese direkt nach der Endreinigung rückerstattet.

  • Rent per week: Euro.... (= table above)...
    Excluding tourist tax, final cleaning and deposit.
  • Tourist tax: EUR 1,60 (summer) till Euro 1,90 (winter) per night/ per person from 16 years.
  • Final cleaning, 1x : EUR 75,-
  • Deposit: we work with a EUR 150,- deposit. This amount will be admitted in the total rent. In the papers we will send to you, we ask for your bank account. If everything turns out to be in order, after the final cleaning, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
