The bibliography includes references to works of all ages, countries and all sorts of documents: newspaper and journal articles, dissertations, books, reports on contemporary piracy incidents and conference papers. The references are ordered by author and, when no author is known, by title.
The bibliography will be regularly updated throughout each year.
I manage the references in a database using the Citation Manager ProCite. For further information you can go to the pages on ProCite of the company ISI ResearchSoft.
I have not posted any updates but so far I have still kept the bibliography up to date and it now contains +20.000 references. You can download the old database which contains the references here. It has about 4000 references:
