Some RC models

On the picture you can see me with one of my RC models.
Almost 6 feet long and 15 kg it’s the biggest fish caught at our local water.
By the way it’s a RC controlled sub marine.

This one I build 17 years ago. It is made of original Dutch wooden shoes. The biggest size I could get.

Scorpio is a roman oared fighting ship. Works fine when there is no wind at all.
Because there are two layers of roars it’s a bireme.

In this model there are some gadgets. It is totally build out of scratch as most of my models are. The doll can turn with his head, and blink with one eye. There is also a build in radio, and in the beginning Robby was able to speak thanks to a (illegal) voice transmitter.
It actually rows and when turning it just rows on one site.

AVAM

This is my favorite model and also the public likes this one the most.
It can do a lot of things: firing depth charges, firing torpedo’s, spraying water. It also has lots of light and sound. Weight is 16 kg and with a length of almost 5 feet it isn’t the smallest one.

My first attempt on making a submarine. It dives dynamically, that is by speed. This kind of submarines is very safe and easy to build. It works fine for almost 10 years now.
