Symet "PENTA"

PENTA is the first BEAM creature I’ve build.
It uses an old Walkman motor and is triggered by a yellow FLED.

The energy is stored in 5 * 1000 uF. Solar power is delivered by a Panasonic BP 243318 solarcell.

It works great, but needs more light then my next symet "TRIO".

R= 2K2 , C= 5000 uF

Symet "TRIO"

TRIO is made the same way as "PENTA".
This one is triggered by a red FLED.
In sunlight it just moves all the time.

R= 68K , C= 6600 uF

Symet "ANT"

I think these guys look really cool.
They are easy to build and the components are "free formed".
Just make sure that the motor is somewhat angled as seen from the front, otherwise it won’t move at all.
The legs are made of some small paperclips, which are directly soldered to the body off the motor.

R= 1M variable resistor (better is 250K), 2200 uF, red FLED
