Kabala

For those of who don't know what Kabala (also Kaballah, caballa, kabala, kabbala, qaballah, etc.) is or means:
Kabala is a collection of esoteric writings of various rabbis and a few medieval Christians. It consists also of meditative, devotional, mystical and magical practices which were taught only to a select few and for this reason kabala is regarded as an esoteric offshoot of Judaism.

Kabala is an ancient Hebrew mystical system of thought. It is a symbolic representation of the path the Divine followed in the creation of the universe, including man. It is, by definition, humanity's process of returning to divinity along the same path. an esoteric Jewish mysticism as it appeared in the 12th and following centuries. Kabbala has always been essentially an oral tradition in that initiation into its doctrines and practices is conducted by a personal guide to avoid the dangers inherent in mystical experiences.

Esoteric Kabbala is also "tradition" inasmuch as it lays claim to secret knowledge of the unwritten Torah (divine revelation) that was communicated by God to Moses and Adam. Though observance of the Law of Moses remained the basic tenet of Judaism, Kabbala provided a means of approaching God directly.

It thus gave Judaism a religious dimension whose mystical approaches to God were viewed by some as dangerously pantheistic and heretical.

Now why do I include this excerpt here, cause down below you can download a program written by me using Borland Delphi 5 and XML to develop this handy tool for Kabalarians. This tool or program is mostly for professionals who don't care about "userfriendliness" so much but getting to the goal with precision, quickness and ease.

It is mainly a numerological program used to compute various numbers using name, date of birth, place of birth, etc... It can be used to compute the various Kabalistic values like Birth number, Kabalistic Cycles, 100 years Progression and above all the Kabala 3x3 chart (similar to the 15-number yantra). It further gives the meaning of each of the values categorized under various headings.


The data used and features delivered with this program are basic in nature. Therefore further feedback in the form of advice / suggestions / comments from the valuable users of this program will be highly appreciated, to make the usage of this program fun and broader in perspective. Note: This program has been tested only under MS Windows 98SE on a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4200 series laptop. Further this program has also been tested under other Windows 32-bit platforms running on various desktop computers.
