In 1962 in Dushanbe (Tajikistan).
Education
In 1980 Latif-Zade finished the Secondary Special Music School named after M. Sabirova.
He entered the Moscow State Conservatoire named after P.I Tchaikovsky in 1980,
where he graduated as a composer under professor A. Pirumov in 1985.
