How to find the ORGA number
Every Citroen car has an ORGA number printed inside the engine compartment and telling exactly the day the car was born (finalised in the factory). It is a 4-digit printed number which has been printed in black for a light-colored car and in white for a dark colored car. See photo beneath of a Finnish BX SPORT where you see the ORGA number. (We have written a red circle around it to show it more easily).
To calculate the exact day-of-birth of the car you need to use a ORGA calculator. Please find beneath a link to select in order to calculate it. It is an EXCEL sheet which gives some extra information about the use of it.
