In Aviculture, not all Psittacula Species and sub-species are available. There are even some sub-species which are never kept in Aviculture.
The Indian Ring-necked parakeet is one of the few which can easily adapt oneself to a new environment within Aviculture. The Long-tailed parakeet is not easily adaptable. In the whole world there are just a few breeders who have actually bred with the Long-tailed parakeet and even managed to keep the youngsters alive.
The main subjects for keeping Psittacula Species in Aviculture depend on Housing and Feeding which will result in Breeding.
