Forsythia  -   (splited trunk)
1. > Found on the compost in a garden-center in 1989. Could keep alive only one of them.
The trunk was planted for 5 years in the garden
2. In 1995 planted in a training, and 3. in 2002 in a Bonsai-pot. Dims.

1. > Purchased as pre Bonsai in a training pot 1998. Still in training
2. > Photo in spring 2002. Dims. in 2004 33cm

Lespedeza  bicolor  /  Jap. Bush-Clover

Malus  "Golden Hornet"  -  Crab apple
1. > Air-Layering; In 1993 from a small tree growing in our garden. (Top of the tree!)
2. > From the training-pot the layering was planted in a large bonsai pot in 1999.
3. > Colour of closed and open blossom.  (Will be in the future also one of my favorite trees.)
4. > Base of the cutting now; completely healed and closed in 2009!

Acer  shirasawanum  'Aureum'  -  Japanese maple
Container-Plant purchased in 1986, (at that time 10 years old), with the intention to create
a Bonsai out of it.
1. > After several fails, the tree was planted in the garden in 1989

2. > Removed from the garden, restyled and planted in a training-pot in 2001
3. > In 2003 now finaly planted in a Bonsai-pot for further styling
Dims. in 2004 was 27cm
