Cat
I got my kitty some time 2007 (I forgot, how awful of me) and we've been really
close since. For some reason, she wasn't sad after being seperated from her brother
and mother. She slept ontop of me that night, and we've been best friends forever.
She considers me her mum, which is sweet. When I had just got her, she used to
run right behind me, constantly following me around the house.
A few days ago was the first time I let her outside. It was really scary, I didn't
know is she was going to come back or not. It still is scary now, but more because
anything can happen. She could be hit by a car or attacked by a dog, I don't know.
So far so good, though, she's fine and happy <3
I named her Artemis "Chika" Believer. After the Goddess of the hunt, Artemis,
co-incidentally also the name of Jared Leto's black guitar, and Believer after my
greatest family; the Echelon. Chika, just because I randomly started calling her
that and now she listens to it. xD

Dog
My dog's name is Bassie (a very common dog name in Holland) and we got
him when I was about 4. I remember arguing with my sister about how I wanted
to go to the zoo instead of buying a dog, and she wanting to buy a dog instead
of going to the zoo. She (6 years older than me, so 10 at the time, while I
was innocently 4) persuaded me by saying: "This way we'll always have an
animal around!" So I agreed and we bought this dog, because my sister wanted
him. Yay. I remember the place where we bought him smelling badly and I wasn't
allowed to go inside with my parents and sister.
Right now, he's about 13 or 14 years old (very old) and he's getting deaf
(or he just doesn't want to listen). We had a tumor removed from his snout
a couple months ago, and since then he's getting a little better. He's old,
so it's quite normal that he's getting tumors all over, and there's not much
we can do.
Him being alive means that we can't go on holiday anywhere! But I wouldn't
want him to die, he's turned so much sweeter and cuter now he's old, and
he comes to me happily wagging his tail when I come home, which he never did.
This picture here is a really old one, where he's still fat and all
that. He's so much thinner these days, it's unbelievable.

This is Bassie in front of my "Personal Garden" with tulips, very Dutch!

Here he's standing in a room in our house, not the most charming room, but
still. It's about the dog, ok? ^^
