On this page you can see the second part of project I.

    Continueing with the inner figure.
  All the pieces shown above I copied onto tracing-paperand cut them out.
  After I copied the pattern of pieces 1,2 and 15 onto a pieces of glass I cut them out.

  All the cut out border pieces are shown below.
    After all the pieces are cut out of the glass the edges need to be grind. You do this with a glassgrinder shown in the picture below. The edges of every piece has to be made smooth because
otherwisse the copper foil that's going to be wraped around the glass won't stick.  
    I did the same with the inner pieces of the figure. After that I pinned the ppieces onto the sphere. The result is shown below.
