On this page you can see the first part of project I. Below you can see which figure I am going too put on the lamp.   The drawing shown above a drew on the polystyrene foam sphere shown below. The sphere you can get at a hobby store. After that I filled in the gap with a random pattern.   The pattern of each piece I coppied onto tracing-paper and after that I cut the pieces out.   The tracing-paper can now easily be used to draw out the pieces of glass that are needed.   Below the already cut out and grind pieces are put on the sphere to see if they will fit.   This I did also with the other pieces.
