In 2004, I co-edited together with Connie Veugen the special issue 'Games & History' for the Tijdschrift voor Mediageschiedenis (journal for media history). The issue largely is in Dutch but contains English-written summaries and one English-written article: '"Hail to the King!" - The Return of DOOM' by Angela Ndalianis. The issue was so popular that it is sold out now, but publisher Boom recently put the whole number online.
